This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect patient information in the course of providing telemedicine and care coordination services to medical practices and their patients.

We do not collect any personal data through our website.

However, in the course of providing services to our contracted medical partners, we may receive the following patient information from their systems:

• Date of birth
   
• Insurance details
   
• Other information necessary to provide clinical services, as authorized by the partner practice
   

This information is collected only from partner medical practices with which we have a valid Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place. We do not collect any data directly from patients through this website.

Patient information is used solely for the purpose of delivering healthcare services on behalf of the contracted medical practices, including:

• Contacting patients to schedule or follow up on medical services
   
• Documenting services rendered
   
• Facilitating coordination of care
   

We do not sell, rent, or share any patient data with third parties for marketing or non-clinical purposes.

Radius Telemed maintains full compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all protected health information, including but not limited to:

All employees and subcontractors are required to comply with our HIPAA policies and procedures.

As a patient, your rights regarding your health information are governed by the medical provider with whom you have a direct relationship. Radius Telemed operates as a Business Associate and does not serve as the primary custodian of medical records. If you wish to access, correct, or request restrictions on your health information, please contact your healthcare provider directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
